Hamp, William Floyd, born May 28, 1884, in Gratiot County. Mich., died Jan. 18, 1975, in Battle Creek, Mich., where he had made his home for 50 years.
Survivors include 5 daughters, Kittie Blowers of Battle Creek, Mildred Minear of Battle Creek, Ruth Cough of Fremont, Calif., Evelyn Ruttenbur of Lake Placid, Fla., and Maxine Lovejoy of Lansing, Mich.: 3 sons, Milton and Howard of Battle Creek, Myron of Holton, Mich., and Eugene of Oshkosh, Wis.; 2 sisters. Lulu Gillet of Loma Linda, Calif., and Mabel Keusch of Lansing, Mich.; 2 grandchildren, and 15 great-grand-children.
Services were held at Farley Funeral Home in Battle Creek, and interment was at the Newton Cemetery in Newton Township with Elder James Hayward officiating.
