We have a Belgium TV crew coming the first week of June. The owner of the TV station, in doing his family history, found he had relatives that lived in Gratiot Co. in the 1920’s. The research I’ve been doing for them started pre Covid.
We were given a 1946 copy of Michigan Chemical Company’s newsletter called “The Salt Shaker.” If you have any in-house organs from a local company the Genealogy Library would like to see them.
One of our researchers is looking for a picture of the Alma-Larchdale Dairy Bldg in Alma. His family owned the dairy, but no one ever took a picture of it.
We are still looking for old country school pictures and any family pictures that you would like to donate or loan for us to copy if the individuals are identified.
